Even 1 star much more. No service no staffs in this hotel very bad experience. I will never come back in this hotel . Please management go and check here hotel no control

It was very nice stay and very comfortable
The staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms was clean, great location,close to everything
Starbucks,Dunkin,McDonald’s,restaurants, Pharmacy, supermarket near by, 10 minutes drive to masjid Al haram also they offer free bus shuttle every hour. highly recommend this hotel.

Reef Global Hotel is a 4 star hotel in Mecca. It is set at the foot of the Jabal-e-Nur Mountain. Warmly decorated rooms include flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi and mini fridge, as well as tea and coffee making facilities. Rooms are good and clean, receptionists are good too, free shuttle to and from Al Haram. free parking, surrounded by a variety of services, restaurants especially Alback. Other amenities include a restaurant. A warm lobby offers seating. There's also meeting and event space. Wedding services are available.
