The strange experience was....they are taking 150 to 200 SR as a insurance money which they returned at checkout....1st experience in Makkah. The customer service is not good. Basement parkings are narrow.

The person dealing with customer they don't have manners how to deal with clients, also they are asking for 400 SAR for insurance to thier clients, seems their hotel is not insured so its mean it should not be recommended for stay, so stay away from such fraudsters who are asking for money, one more thing they took 400 SAR for insurance and not give us any paper against that which is a second fraud.
One more thing they are not taking care for customer service and room services, they don't care if somebody want to live or go, even we call them for for room cleaning but nobody responded

Decent, close to barber shops after umra and other restaurants. Fairly clean, only major gripe would be the wifi.

It is at 15 minutes walking distance from Haram Sharif, Standard Guest Rooms are good but Washrooms are bit congested. Hotel is Quite and well maintained cleanliness. Restaurants and Grocery shops are available nearby.

A very decent hotel in Mecca. Rooms are clean and overall good appearance. However toilets are on the smaller side. Not walkable to Al Haram. If you are ready to pay 10 to 20 SAR per trip (per couple), it is worth the stay.

Rawabi Emirates is a 3 star hotel in Makkah. It's a 10 min walk from Masjid Al Haram. Decent location and really cooperative and helpful staff. Rooms offer free Wi-Fi, flat screen Tv’s and mini fridges as well as tea and coffee makers. Other amenities include male-female mosques.
