Overall experience is fantastic.
One day before check-in, hotel called for confirmation, and offered for early check-in. This is really A+ service.
Food is great. Room is great. The bed is super conformable.
The only comment is we have to wait for about 20 minutes asking for dental kit to be delivered to our room.

The first night stay was exceptionally excellent. Suit was upgraded, amazing view, incredible cleanliness, welcoming and friendly staff, and excellent service. Highly recommend it.

Raffles is one of the best hotels in Makkah and enjoys a location right in front of the Haram. Signature suite was spacious and very clean. Food was good too - both breakfast and room service. Overall a great stay!!

Worst hotel experience ever!
5 star pricing for 1 star service and hygiene!
There managing staff were not hospitable at all. Our ac was not working for a whole night and the next day which as a result we missed two prayers. and they only offered to change the rooms when we were infuriated and demanded to. We spoke to The customer relations manager (sara) and she was absolutely unprofessional bringing up personal issues and problems and did not even offer any sort of real compensation for our horrible experience and even the new room was extremely dirty with missing furniture.

Love the hotel, one of the best hotels I’ve been in Makkah. Service is excellent!! View is amazing! Food is really good, we went to the Al Majles restaurant and to another one can’t remember the name but both are really good. The only comment is that it might just need a little bit of renovation in some of the room amenities. But in general it’s excellent choice, highly recommended. Thank you to all staff there.
