Large comfy room as part of a two-person apartment that has a fridge, washer and all kitchen utilities. Right across from a big mall. Definitely recommendable for longer stays.

Worst hotel I've seen in terms of customer service
My family and I waited more than 3 hours to complete the entry procedures
The treatment of the reception staff made matters worse
Due to bad treatment and late check-in, my family and I left the hotel
Unfortunately this happened in front of the eyes of a large number of guests and was met with the same indifference from the hotel staff

I left the hotel at 5 pm after late check-in

Maryum is my good friend in radison blu residence. She is one good receptionist in this place. Also my friend in spa rhitz also good for massage.
