Overall good experience, this was my second business trip stay, and witnessed some improvements in overall property.
Food thigh need to improve, staff is very friendly and accommodating. Checkin was swift, cleanliness of rooms is great.
Comfortable beds and pillows, they had four different thickness of good quality pillows that is a huge plus for many.
Reasonable Wi-Fi, and very clean pool.
The overall property is though old, but very much acceptable for the price point.

Starting with one and only slightly off thing - the peculiar smell in the hallways because of the old carpets, other than that absolutely everything is great here - VERY nice helpful staff, from reception to the restaurant, clean rooms and very good food. Would love to come back any day.

Nice and comfy rooms. Their service is excellent in all aspects. Restaurant is serving best and variety of delicious food. 24 hours room service is also available. Health club is also available. Best hotel best service. I am so satisfied

Great location in yanbu between Yanbu industrial city and Yanbu Balad, clean, elegant, breakfast has broad variety of foods, professional, welcoming, and supportive staff, big room with big windows for max amount of sunlight entering the room, and super cost efficient compared to others with the same level

I don’t know what the other negative reviews are about, this is the best hotel in Yanbu. Came here for a dive trip, arrived late at night, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel is right next to the beach and quiet, rested super well. The room was spacious and the bed was comfy
