Disappointing behavior of staff. No one is attending room service. The staff refused to help luggage to the room. The room was neat and tidy but very small and needed maintenance. Overcrowded with people queued at reception. Toiletries were not available and mentioned in the restroom to call the reception but no one was getting the call. What a joke.

It is a nice 3 star hotel to spend a couple of nights during visit to yanbu. Not good for family stay with kids. OK for business tour.

Filthy room with dirty towels. One of the beds we booked turned out to be a sofa-bed and we had to go back to the check-in counter for beddings as there wasn't any. Absolutely overpriced.

Alhomdulliah a great budget stay. The rooms are extremely comfortable. All the facilities of pool, small play area for kids, restaurants are available. Best part is how everyone from Reception (thank you Khulood and Yazid)to clean staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Well done Ibis for this great service.

I have stayed for 1 night in 22 June of this year. After a long drive from Jeddah, we expected couple of hours of sleep before we continue our 14 hours drive on the next day… unfortunately there was a party - inside the hotel - with loud music… we couldn’t sleep before midnight when the music stopped.
Rooms are small and corridors carpet not well vacuumed.
The only good positive is the price… low budget hotel
