Last night was my first night there and I'm staying here until the end of the week. The room is dark generally and the toilet is too dark. Just 2 spotlights in the toilet and there is no mirror light and it's difficult to do simple grooming there. Also the light in the toilet is blinking. I reported the issue once I checked in last night and the maintenance man visited the room to change the lights and he promised to come after 2 minutes and till now no-one came and I called the reception to follow-up and still no action. Let's see if something happens soon.

One of the best Radisson Blu locations I’ve been to.
The manager Saady is such a warm personality - exactly what you’re expecting from someone who works in the hospitality industry.
If I come back to this place it will be solely because of how great the service is. 10/10 recco ended!

Everything is perfect from a-z and a employer Saad treats me with respect and free coffee.
The food is amazingly fresh and all kind of food is included. Room is too clean and comfortable.

Went there for the Friday buffet dinner. The food was great and the ambience was nice too. The best part was the Chef Sameer. He is very courteous, polite and helpful. Will definitely visit again.

It's one of my favorite places to stay in Jeddah. Rooms are very cozy. Food is always served fresh & tasty. The staff is very friendly, professional & kind. The location is perfect. The night shift manager Mr. Saady in the restaurant is always friendly & helpful. Thank you for making all my stays comfortable & making me come back everytime am in Jeddah
