Whoever says rooms r clean, they must share carpet pictures, so the truth will speak itself.
If the owner response is (u r misunderstood). Then he must send to me his Manager so that i will repeat again that yes ur service is too low, no response 4 a long time when u call reception. Bad carpet smell 24 hrs. everywhere. In the room or in any floor corridor. If u say renovation is going means it has been 2 years now dirty carpet still the same. Finally today no hot water, no idea how to take bath its 4:30am now.

Amazing location with direct way to Alandalus Mall with great option for shopping and dinning or entertainment
The front desk Mr. Abdulrahman was very helpful and making amazing upgrade to 2 bedroom suite which was very huge space with 2 toilets and kitchen fully equipped with coffee machine and dishwasher
The hotel was quite and feel very comfortable
There was dinner open buffet but we were full so we didn’t try it
There is an amazing swimming pool outdoors
It was the first time to stay here but we enjoyed it

The location for me and my company is great and close to work. However, the hotel itself is dirty and I had to ask for my room to be cleaned after 2 days of no cleaning. Air con in the room doesn’t work well, came back from work one day to find all my clothes and bed sheets to be damp.
Breakfast was very poor. The bread is all stale and as are the pastry’s. The coffee machine works intermittently and with no staff there on a daily basis it is difficult to get it to work again. We have an additional booking already for next week but after this we will not return.

The staff is somewhat helpful... I think the hotel is undergoing renovation we can see the dust almost every where. The carpets are dirty, the electric fittings are coming off the ceiling. The management must look into it and get the things rectified.
The breakfast are is clean, the variety is ok... but the fresh fruits (watermelon and the musk melon) are awesome and full of flavor. The manager, Mr. Rashid was helpful and catered to the guests needs.
The other staff were stingy while providing water bottles, towels, soaps and shampoo etc.
The entrance to the hotel was too complicated and confusing. We had to make several rounds before we found one. One of the entrances were also barricaded.
