Everything was nice. The staff were very professional and kind, specifically Asanur who take care of my table restaurant and café was a very comfortable atmosphere everything I needed was provided in the table. Excellent service 👏

Very excellent service in the meeting room, elegant treatment, service that exceeded all expectations Lunch was very wonderful, plentiful and special. I don't know what to say to this beautiful staff led by mr Mohamed Hassan, the events manager. Thank you to the best team. "I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Jeddah and had an exceptional experience. The gym facilities were top-notch, with modern equipment and a clean, spacious layout. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The room was stylishly furnished, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring the city. The service throughout my stay was impeccable, with prompt responses to any requests or inquiries. Additionally, the swimming pool was a refreshing oasis, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the beautiful weather. Overall, I highly recommend the Radisson Blu Hotel in Jeddah for its outstanding amenities, attentive staff, and overall excellence in hospitality." 😍👌

We reached the hotel and there was no one at the reception to check us in. We then inquired with the security and he said that there is only 1 staff and he has gone to the toilet. No one arrived for the next 15 mins and after the 2nd request to the security a person arrived and checked us in. They do not have an in-house resturant when we asked for dinner. They said they just have buffet breakfast in the morning. This was not expected from a 5 star rated hotel.
The rooms were clean, near and spacious.

Good place for short visit in Jeddah. Staffs are very kind. Not so far from the airport. The bed is good enough to make me sleep like a baby.

Radisson Blu Hotel, Jeddah Al Salam is a good hotel and well decorated and furnished. I visited this hotel in the mid of June, 2022. They have 1 refined restaurant named as The Ladder which serves International cuisine and it is open to public and have open buffet for breakfast, Lunch and dinner and also have one cafe named as THe Ladder cafe and it is also open to public. Radisson Blu Hotel, Jeddah Al Salam have an out door swimming pool only for the men. They have a business lounge which serves snacks between 5PM to 9 PM.
