Good hotel but they should have two staff member for front office also little renovation is required in the corridor areas.

Overall rooms are nice but build like a maze and not space optimized. Room service is average and so is house keeping.
Food is okayish and you will get bored after 2-3 days.
There's a small swimming pool and a basic gym as well.
Overall, it must have been a hot destination once but now it's struggling to keep up with the time.

Key did not work, had to make a trip to reception three times during my stay
Neither phone worked
Parking in garage is a challenge even if parking is empty. Due to the design of parking.
Door is almost jammed
TV has very limited channel options
Breakfast is very good for the price.

The room I was giving was not clean with some beverages spilled on the floor and a cockroach in the bathroom. The replacement room was also not clean with drops of sewage water on top of the toilet.
Unfortunately, this used to be my go to place in Khobar, however I noticed a huge drop in cleannesses within the hotel. Even the corridors were not clean, it’s very obvious!!!
Forget to mention that after canceling my reservation I was not refunded my booking neither I was given a cancellation receipt!!!
