We stayed in a suite room which had a guest room with a sofa and a kitchenette. We were staying as a transit before leaving after umroh. We found the meals are all the best. We love the breakfast full of various breads, coffee, tea, and others.
The service is good, there were a welcome drinks in the entrance lobby. I like the special Arabic tea (forgot the name).
However, for the house keeping, would be better to double check the bathroom before opening to the guest, since we found that there was a leak which we don't know where water comes from. In addition, the bath towels were not at the same size. As we were a four guest's of tour, we needed 4 big bath-towels, but we had only 3 instead.

"A place with good people"
The location is good and the facilities are well maintained. Breakfast is also delicious.
Especially the staff are very nice and friendly. Thanks to the staff, I made good memories in Saudi Arabia. Shukran!

Stayed here for a short transit before departing to airport. Room was clean and spacious although the temperature was freezing cold despite that the air conditioner has been switched off. The restaurant offers various delicious foods and the staffs are very helpful.

We stayed 2 days at Prime Al Hamra. The front staff lady was kind and speaks good English. Rooms were spacious and relaxing.
Resturant Manager Mr. Yousuf was kind, and accommodating, variety of Arabic and continental food.
Overall very satisfied with our stay.

We stayed 3 days at prime hotel. The room was very comfortable. The location was great not too far from the sea. The food was excellent. Specially breakfast, the manager Mr.Mohamed yousef was great. He was very helpful and he was checking on every table to make sure people gets what they asked for. He made our coffee by himself after we complained about the machine adding sugar. Thank you mr. Mohamed.
