The buffet food is really nice, the rooms are good with disposable bathroom items such as a razor and toothbrush if needed, which I did as my bag was delayed during transit.
The service from the staff was the best part. Very accommodating when I needed assistance with places to buy what I needed, locally.

The location is great, the service is good but the rooms need a serious renovation.. neither the fridge or kettle worked in my room I had to go to another room … even the lobby furnitures are poor and too used…

the minute you step in the friendly receptions will warm welcoming you then step in the room very clean and neat other staff all kind and friendly .
near by the city facilities ( mall and other market ) .
worth to stay and for sure will stay again with our business visit to Dammam .
