We had a beautiful evening in the lounge restaurant. The food was great and our wait waiter Abdurrazzak was the nicest waiter ever. His service was very good and impeccable. He is a very smart guy and speaks a lot of languages. We definitely recommend going to this restaurant with the friendly staff.

Seats on the beach, the rooms are quite clean! Absolute nice staff. The buffet was decorated well! Thanks park Hyatt for this amazing experience.

Lounge food and coffee are way below the standard it used to be, not even a decent quality. The place and atmosphere used to be classier than this and the food used to be way better in all aspects presentation, taste, options are limited as well.
Waitresses does not fully comprehend what’s ordered from them and it takes long time for them to get back to you.
Sea view booths became limited as one of them have turned into an outdoor kitchen, similar to Kanz Obhur, but the prices are still the same honestly never again what a shame.

The hotel itself is so clean and luxurious, but sadly, the staff are so extremely rude!
Although I visited tens of hotels in more than 10 cities worldwide, never met somebody who was taking a pride in "calling the policemen for other guests!"
Completely unacceptable manners from their staff.
Will never consider visiting this hotel again 👎
