Worst Hotel , I booked with Agoda , the Hotel staff told me there is no booking , Staff is untrained and unprofessional. They were screaming at us saying there is no booking .
We waited until 3 hours . They found our booking in Expedia
Washrooms is cramped and dirty . Wifi doesn't work in rooms
Hotel staff is very rude when complaining . They tell us its not their problem .
.
I will make complain to Ministry of Hajj and Umrah .
I will also complain to Agoda to delist this Hotel .
Please don't book this Hotel even by mistake

NOOO room cleaning for the entire week
Not even towel change

Hotel looks good and near to MASJID-E-NABAWI.
but MOST WORST service and there is no any supervisor or manager to take care of the customer request. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. Dirty rooms.
