Professional and friendly staff that went out of their way to make you feel welcome.
Le Bistro has a good variety of food all made to a high standard. Thank you to the head chef that checked on us from time to time to make sure everything was perfect.

Clean toilet
Small cute kitchen with fridge, electric cooker and washing machine with dryer.
Everything homely.
Would recommend family and friends.
Peaceful place to stay in.

Good hotel for couples or family. The interior decoration is calm. Room was spacious and comfortable bed but the pillows weren’t. Staff are friendly and welcoming and helpful. The towels are the best quality.

Bad communication from housekeeping services ? I called them three times to clean but no one came. How bad for a five star hotel !!!!? Please see my email and my private message on instagram. Bye the way, am staying for three nights and on my second day that’s what happened! I expected more from your hotel ?☹️

This upscale hotel is 16 km from King Abdulaziz International Airport in a sleek building. Warmly decorated rooms provide Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs, minibars, and tea and coffeemakers. Some feature sofas, terraces, and/or city views. Suites and apartments have kitchenettes, Nespresso machines, living rooms, and/or sofabeds. There are 2 polished restaurants; one offers Indian cuisine, while the other features a terrace. A top-floor cafe has city views. Other amenities include a heated outdoor pool, a sundeck, a tennis court, a male-only spa/health club, a kids' club, and event space. Breakfast and valet parking are available.
