I had the best hotel experience thanks to the outstanding customer service provided by receptionist Omar. He was incredibly welcoming and caring, going above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Omar even greeted me with a refreshing drink upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and commend Omar for his exceptional hospitality.

I was here for long business trip. Hotel is quite good with a lovely breakfast, special thanks to Ali for a good care and always looking if you need anything. Good thing is you can get all diet conscious items too if you need. Keep up the good work.. :)

Huge rooms but a bit old.
Gym is open 6am-11pm but women can only use it 11am-1pm and 5-7pm.
They have a pool too but women cannot use it.
Service is nice, and they have a massive selection of food at breakfast.
Not much to do around here, so be prepared to call a taxi whenever you want to go out.

I stayed for 7 days and they had great service. Omar, the receptionist, was really helpful and offered me excellent service. All the guys at breakfast were always welcoming, especially Hamed and the person in charge (I don't remember his name, but he's from Morocco). He was always asking if I needed anything and helping me. On the second day, I asked to change my room since it was small and had no view, and they promptly changed it to a bigger one with a great view. I highly recommend this hotel for business stays as it is located in the middle of the city and close to everything. Thank you

Welcome to Movenpick hotel Jeddah, I visited this hotel in last July 2022. The hotel doesn't provide valley parking and the parking area for the hotel is 50 meters away from the hotel. The hotel doesn't provide a massage service. The hotel has one outdoor swimming pool only for the men and they have 1 gym which had different timings for the men & ladies.
