Millennium Hotel Hail

Great experience at Millennium Hail , mashallah beautiful hotel and very professional staff , I stayed there for 2 nights it was like feeling home , the rooms are big and clean , complimentary fruits and cakes received upon our check in , staff are kind and smiling , i ordered in room service the food was amazing and tasty , have good coffee shop and their coffee is nice also . Special thanks to service team at the restaurant also for their kindness . Unforgettable experience

Background music very baad. I think no need music everywhere if someone to listen there own spaces is Okay but for everyone no need. I increased one more star because honestly reply. I wish you people consider my request. Thanks

It was really amazing experience Hotel clean , silence , Big and comfortable rooms. Reception staff really amazing in treating people and very cheerful and helpful all the staff and specially Ms.Sahar. It is my favourite accommodation.

The hotel has a lot of potentials that are not used. The hotel operator lacks a lot of experience. In general, I have observed that receptionists are welcoming but not informed about the hotel procedures. Each employee can give different feedback. Housekeeping is not up to the standard neither in the room nor around the hotel facilities. I stayed for almost 15 days and have observed my findings for the hotel to improve its services because what I saw was a waste of resources indeed. Swimming pool was not clean too for a 5 stars hotel. The hotel management should invest in quality management whereby each room should be checked before it is given to another customer. I had to spend hours waiting to have the hotel maintenance fix the AC and the shower room. I liked the room comfort and quietness. The stuff were supportive and try to show commitment. The breakfast menue was below my expectations but the place was very nice. The furniture is one of the best I have seen.

Very nice place in the middle of nowhere, Sahar at the reception is very cute and welcoming. Rooms are super in Hail/Travel context, breakfast was basic but fair. Recommend, and will keep going there in any travel passing through Hail.
