I never know that gyms at hotel are open for 8 hours only before this stay!
The gym is not opening before 10 am and will close by 7 pm. This was not mentioned when I made my booking.
Finally, in my booking, the breakfast was included but the restaurant guys team told me it was not!

Grilled Salmon was raw inside.So shocked! Changed dish but that was overcooked chicken. New chef cannot cook!

Good cleaning and services, though it doesnt seem like a 4 star hotel
Good hospitality, they upgraded us for free
Though we had a bit of a problem, we booked with breakfast, and when we arrived, the receptionist told us that the reservation is without breakfast and they are not allowed to offer us even if I have a copy of the reservation with breakfast unless they get an email from agoda (the reservation company that I booked from) that says so. So I missed my breakfast on the first day because of that. They tried to reach agoda with no response, but surprisingly it was so easy for me to reach agoda and I called them and gave the receptionist to talk to them and problem was solved so I had breakfast for the next 2 days, and it was good, both the American and oriental
Otherwise, my stay in the hotel was good
There's a bath and a shower in the bathroom
The bed is comfortable. Though the room was colder than outside. It wasnt noisy
There are stores and restaurants such as Albaik right across the street, and also a pharmacy and coffee store, and Dunkin donuts
Though there aren't any supermarkets or grocery stores nearby
Granada mall is near by, 5 mins by car
