Its an amazing hotel with great amenities and near by access to Malls ,Resturants and literally every thing and most importantly one of closest hotel to Haram. Reception is amazing and very supportive
Stayed in Tower 6, its lifts are a bit of struggle, they are very busy usually and have yo wait for your time .
Room Service guys are not as welcoming as they were previously, always giving warnings of this and that and every time you have to call room service for cleaning
It's a bit of a surprise , other than that Rooms were extremely spacious , every item was in order, Good vibe over all.
I will still recommend it for people who are aged and looking for economical near by options near Haram

I stayed 6 nights with my wife between 05-11 May 2024 in 15th floor 1515 room number. First, I haven't seen this kind of cleaning in my life, it was excellent, excellent, excellent. The housekeeper, Abdulmajed, is very kind, friendly, smiling brother. I really loved him. The cleaning is 10 over 5, really.
But I can not say same things for Lagenda Restaurant. I vote this restaurant 2 over 5 because the meals are not suitable for Turkish cuisine even the chef is Turk, what an inverse ratio. Even though we have lentil soup in our cuisine, the delicious is not how we know, also food variety is good for Indian cuisine not Turkish etc. But the staff in the restaurant were very kind and helpful especially Nadiyah. Thanks to her and the staff. The staff is 5 over 5.
The last is about location. It is 5 over 5, near to Mescid Al Haram.

The hotel is close to the Gate King Fahd No. 79 which leads to Kaaba. I stayed at room 51724. The room is big and so is the bathroom, but I had to go upstairs from floor 17. It was a hassle since I had a huge luggage with me and no one helped. The staffs at the restaurant weren’t so friendly. There’s only one staff who’s very helpful. Even the manager was rather rude and got angry at the staff in front of the guests. I was wondering if it’s because I was from Southeast Asia that they’re not friendly. There’s not many variations of menu especially for breakfast, no fruits too.

I had good and bad experiences. So good first,
The reception people were very nice. The room service was great specially the guy jahangir. Very very nice.
What i did not like is the security. That is the reason of 4 starts. The security in red pants is not helpful at all. They need some training i guess. We were already inside the parking in front of the reception where for some reason security did not let us and the luggage down because he did not like the decision of the other security guy to let us in. He asked the driver to drive out. We had no option but to leave the taxi on the road with luggage and kids.
Aside from the security attitude, things were ok. If you are coming make sure to come in the morning and avoid prayer times as the roads might be closed during that time.

They charged us a three bed room but then it’s a 2 person bed with an extra bed. Kinda bummed but overall a good experience with nice service. Also the elevator is kinda crowded during prayer times so make sure you go early ?
