We had a wonderful experience especially with the staff. Very friendly, helpful, cooperative and accommodating. Will definitely book it again. The room was exceptionally clean and felt homely. We had a great experience all together.

Far from Masjid Al Nabawi also there is grocery or supermarket near by. Hotel room was fine but something has to be done for corridors area.. probably add more lights to make it bright.

Friendly staff and fast service. They accommodated us after a hotel bailed on us during first of Eid! Breakfast buffet is good. Rooms’ decor is a bit outdated, but everything is clean ??

Is very beautiful and Cosy and comfortable hotel. It does need a couple of improvements in the management system
For example.
It looks understaffed. Looks like one person available to help with the luggage for all the guests.
I was given a wrong room than the one I booked.
The room appeared to be partially cleaned after the previous guest. Some residues from the previous guests remained.
The shuttle coasters to take guests to and from Masjid e Nabwi are only two and guests are a lot. Would help a great deal to include 2-3 more.
Rest, very comfortable experience.
