This hotel is absolutely GORGEOUS. The staff is extremely helpful and sweet. The shuttle runs so smoothly plenty of space for everyone, always on time. Drops you right under the family area for masjid nabwi.
The rooms are beautiful and boho. The service is impeccable too.
The only reason why location gets 4 stars is of course it's not walking distance. However , I loved this place and would definitely recommend it to everyone looking for a Good budget stay!

I have stayed in this hotel during my vacation, very nice experience, friendly & nice staff at reception desk, restaurant team. Transport to Haram ( but I will suggest more times than before each prayer ). Thanks guys for your hospitality. I really recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is perfect if you are attending the convention centre. Otherwise, its a bit remote. We were here for umrah and used the hotel shuttle that goes to the haram , so that was fine. As a platinum bonvoy member i had an upgrade to a spectacularly spacious suite that would only need some kitchen facility to count as a substantial 1 bedroom apartment! Breakfast was good although the room its in is dull.

Polite nice hotel team but the hotel is Old and I didn’t like the carpet smell the first visit. But the second visit was very pleasant and smells great because I asked for nonsmoking rooms.
