Great Hotel and amenities. It’s on the high end side of the price though and far from Haram. Shuttle service schedule is not that great as it runs only specific hours of the day.
Overall great place to stay!

If I could give 0 stars I would. If you want to go to Al-Masjid an-Nabawi (AlHaram) do not use this hotel for the following reasons:
First, it is far and the shuttle service is very bad and not accurate. Timing is always bad for shuttles. You cannot get there on time to be inside the Haram. Especially in Ramadan, never stay at this hotel because the food is bad, and the shuttle services and room service is also very bad. I stayed there for more than 30 days and this is the worst hotel to be in if you want to be in Medina and join prayer in Al Masjid an Nabawi.

Customer service is below par if not terrible for a Le Meridien. I’ve stayed at many of these hotels in the US and they are nothing compared to what was offered here. The shuttle service to Al Haram was a joke, never on time - made people wait when trying to get to the masjid by being late to the hotel, and made people miss the bus when trying to get to the hotel by leaving earlier than scheduled. Never recommend or plan on staying here again

This hotel is absolutely GORGEOUS. The staff is extremely helpful and sweet. The shuttle runs so smoothly plenty of space for everyone, always on time. Drops you right under the family area for masjid nabwi.
The rooms are beautiful and boho. The service is impeccable too.
The only reason why location gets 4 stars is of course it's not walking distance. However , I loved this place and would definitely recommend it to everyone looking for a Good budget stay!

I have stayed in this hotel during my vacation, very nice experience, friendly & nice staff at reception desk, restaurant team. Transport to Haram ( but I will suggest more times than before each prayer ). Thanks guys for your hospitality. I really recommend this hotel.
