Friendly staff, but lack of room service. They only have 4 elevators/lifts, it takes a long time to get into the room due to long queue. Pretty near to al haram gate 326-327.

A walking hotel if you meet, the hotels close to the Haram, these are okay, close to the Haram, but to be honest, it will be safe
Zero cleanliness
The hotel is not without bad smells
Old and uncomfortable furniture
The lighting in the rooms is very bad, knowing that I take two rooms

My message to the hotel manager or operator is to take care of the hotel
You represent Saudi Arabia, and your concern is not only material exploitation
Let your customers concern you to be a destination for visitors to the city to live

The hotel is excellent and close to the Haram compared to its price and the room is very clean
