Friendly staff, but lack of room service. They only have 4 elevators/lifts, it takes a long time to get into the room due to long queue. Pretty near to al haram gate 326-327.

A wonderful place. It lies near to the al masjid al nabawy. Good value for money. Good service.

Location is good because it is near to gate number 326-327,gate 16 for women. I like the color scheme of yellow and brown.
Room was neat and it has quite extra space for sitting and to put luggage.
Washroom was average but it has soap , shampoo and towels.
Electric kettle and water bottles were also available.
For family of 3 4 kids,it will be the best option.
