I don’t know how this is a 5 star hotel, a lot of observations that 4 star hotel doesn’t even have it.
Rooms have a bad smell,
Old furniture,
Clothes washing machine drain hose is exposed,
Microwave is on the sink,
Hotel hallways are smelly and old style.
Price is very different from booking and reception.
Again how is this a 5 star hotel!!!???

Large suite apartment, has all the needed equipment such as washing machine, dryer, iron. Comfortable bed, good size living room with almost nothing to watch on TV. Only one electrical plug in living room, no plugs in bedroom. Good but loud air-conditioning, bathroom shower slippery, laarge kitchen with electrical stove and large fridge.

Very very bad experience since the hotel management changed everything fall around. The hotel is in a mesrable situation, hotel room was not clean, AC was not working, receptionist behavior was bad, bad food to mention a few

Lovely and quite space ....Halls are made for meeting and training purpose ...tasty food ....Saudi traditional gesture and posters on walls ....
