Very very bad experience since the hotel management changed everything fall around. The hotel is in a mesrable situation, hotel room was not clean, AC was not working, receptionist behavior was bad, bad food to mention a few

I booked a room through Booking,when I arrived I found no one in the reception, I had to wait for over than 30 minutes. I can’t cancel my booking since it’s non- refundable. So I had to look for securit to help me find the receptionist and he found him in the bathroom, he did not say sorry or anything he said you should go and come back later ????? I never seen such an attitude
