Lovely place to stay in jeddah. All facilities are provided. Great size rooms and the location is very good with shopping points on walking distance

Hotel is good.
Hotel Wifi Internet very slow.
Water bottle quantity also limited to 2x 330 ML which is not enough

Everything is perfect. Best room service. Just they have to do something about swimming pool. Its outdoor and in Jeddah weather is always hot. Should be indoor

Worst experience ever. Its a scam. I booked a suite and wanted to cancel through Agoda. Visited property before check in and asked to cancel, they said reservation manager is not available come tomorrow. 90% chances are he will accept the cancellation request from Agoda. Next day the team at reception said reservation manager is on vacation.
No one from reservation answers when cancelling or modifying the booking.
Very unprofessional. Totally opposite of how hospitality industry suppose to be.

Welcome to Iridium 70 Hotel, I visited this hotel in the last week of August 2022. This is a 4-star hotel but includes everything in it. The hotel has a Starbucks franchise in the lobby. The Hotel provides Massage service and has Sauna, Gym, and outdoor swimming pool on the roof. The restaurant is also located at the top.
