Everything was nice the rooms, pool, breakfast
But there is one thing that its the service is very bad.

The staff were okay, the bell man was amazing, but the rest was bad. The layout is fine, but the wallpaper was torn off. And the WiFi was down most of the time. The place was dirty – the carpet, couches, walls, all dirty. We told them to fix a bathroom leak, but they didn’t fix it. The basic things like door signs and the ring bell didn’t work. We asked for a clean up, but nobody came .And the utensils were very bad quality, they could break easily. The game room had broken equipment everywhere. The basement had very bad lighting. One of our rooms didn’t even have a prayer mat. Does this hotel deserve to be 4 stars?

So so so so dusty, don’t let anyone trick you, it’s so dusty my entire family sneezing throughout the night, the breakfast is so bad I mean the sausages are oily and the fries are mushy and cold and stiff. The apple juice is so condensed, orange juice has too much pulp. Yes, the rooms are spacious, but the amount of dust makes me forget all about the space, couldn’t sleep at night too busy sneezing and wiping my nose and listening to my younger brothers wheezing. The playroom is even more dusty, sent my baby brother to go play he came back covered in dirt, grim, and dust, thank god he doesn’t have asthma or don’t think he’d come back with his lungs still stable. One night at this place made me regret booking 4 days. Don’t come here.

Everything is good besides the pool it's not as shown in the pictures and the playroom there were none of the things required the play table tennis/ping pong
