This is may first visit, exceptional service of the following
- Ali Rehman Sales Manager responsible for everything including but not limited to daily chores eg. laundry, transaction etc
Without him I could not made part of Adagio ?Allah bless you more
- AL- Hasan (ibis housekeeping)- wonderful cleaning and friendly in nature.Available when needed ?
- Muhammad Egyptian (good & bavarage / break fast ) take care of my break fast and make feel me proud ?

Had a very good experience in adagio apart hotel. Staff is friendly. Room service is pretty active and the staff members named Sushant and Noushad helped a lot, I really appreciate. My room cleaner Rakeeb always does an excellent job and serves the best he can at his job.

We really enjoyed the stay. The staff were very friendly. I recommend Mr Lakshman(in charge of the Spa), Mr Kaisar( The pool cafe in charge ), the house-keeping staff( morning to afternoon shift, His name starts with a "M",) and the receptionists (Mr Hattan, The night shift manager and the night shift lady receptionist)

Masud was very helpful & nice with us, we liked all dishes he recommended, coffee is good. We also loved the funky chairs in the lobby area!

Traveler Tips:
Welcome to Ibis Jeddah Malik Road. I visited this hotel in the mid of Nov 2022. The IBIS & Adagio hotel is located on the same premises and the building is attached and interconnected from the inside. They both have different Lobby and entrances but are interconnected from the inside of the premises. IBIS and Adagio both share the same restaurant name as IBIS Kitchen and share the swimming Pool and Gym. They also have SPA facility in the hotel. The swimming pool timings are from 06 AM to 07 PM and it is located on the 1st floor. The breakfast timing starts from 06:30 AM to 10:30 AM.

Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 12:00 PM
