It’s very bad experience and they don’t have any experience haw to deal with clients.
Actually I have poking for tow person, and I request in views room. He said I will give you enough room it will be I Malek road, but his not honest. And I told him I need with break fast, but when I weak up and I need to take my break fast they don’t find my name in my room, they find some one else and some one he said you must to pay the break fast, the first day I pay 100 Ryals for 2 person.the sacand day I need to take my break fast I found my name but for one person only I ask why ,theirs no clear answer so I pay 57 Ryals after thin I complain for the room it’s not really comfortable,they said we can’t
return the money,the third day I weak up and I need to leave the room I face the reception and I ask him again regarding the cleaning and the operation what happen with me, but unfortunately they don’t have any experience accept to take money,
Actually I don’t recommend to any one to go to this hotel it’s very bad experience👎👎👎👎

Extremely Disappointed with My Stay
I recently had an incredibly unfortunate experience during my stay at this hotel. I am deeply disappointed and feel compelled to share my concerns.
Upon checking in, I made it a point to hang the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door to indicate that I desired privacy and should not be disturbed. However, to my shock and disbelief, the housekeeping staff disregarded the sign and entered my room without any prior notice. I was in a vulnerable state, as I was asleep, and I can't express how violated and uncomfortable I felt in that moment. This is an unimaginable breach of privacy that should never occur in any reputable hotel.
Furthermore, this incident was just one of several issues I encountered during my stay. The overall experience was marred by various other problems that left me thoroughly dissatisfied.
I had high expectations for this hotel, but unfortunately, they were not met. As a guest, I believe it is crucial to feel safe, respected, and well-cared for, and regrettably, these expectations were not fulfilled.
I hope that by sharing my experience, improvements can be made to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. It is my sincere hope that the management will take my feedback seriously and address these concerns promptly.

Worst experience ever I came all the way from Texas to visit Jedda and unfortunately i chose this hotel and the Agent told me that my reservation is good for five days but she might need to switch rooms which is weird, Two days later I got a call that i need to check out
Cause there is another reservation
On the same room … I been in too many hotels and there are way better than this service dont waste your time or money here …
Go somewhere else ….. ? ? I would not even give one star

Visited the hotel on my visit to jeddah.
Overall the hotel was decent as expected by a three start hotel with good location and hospitable staff.

But the major issue which i faced was with cleaning facilities.

Requested to make my room but to my surprise it was bad. In short Nothing was cleaned only the bed was made.
-) wet toilet,room floor not cleaned
-) slippers/towel/toothpaste not replaced and etc
-) bed bugs.
-) broken iron table was given

The worst reply ever, im still in the hotel and he is asking me about my details to be send by email. What kind of communication do u have. Im sure u have a prepared speech to reply as below. Un professional.
The time i did my booking i choice a king bed and i paid for that but unfortunately they keep saying we will try. I do asked the front desk many times to give me a new room with king bed but no action l.
My room for 2 days without cleaning.
Your staff blaming me that i should have hang up the sign of cleaning so the housekeeping can come and do the service what a kind of service do you have.
I will never come back.

Welcome to Ibis Jeddah Malik Road. I visited this hotel in the mid of Nov 2022. The IBIS & Adagio hotel is located on the same premises and the building is attached and interconnected from the inside. They both have different Lobby and entrances but are interconnected from the inside of the premises. IBIS and Adagio both share the same restaurant name as IBIS Kitchen and share the swimming Pool and Gym. They also have SPA facility in the hotel. The swimming pool timings are from 06 AM to 07 PM and it is located on the 1st floor. The breakfast timing starts from 06:30 AM to 10:30 AM.

Check-in time: 2:00 PM
Check-out time: 12:00 PM
