Unfortunately we had a horrible experience here. We booked a room and specified the check in time at 10:30 PM due to some travel issues we were two hours late and arrived at 12:30. Once we arrived The staff told us that our room reservation has been canceled and that they cancel the reservation after midnight not only that but they were fully booked an already gave our reservation to someone else. We tried to get them to give us any room Available even if it was a higher rate but they said that they are full booked. We were stranded at 1 am with no hotel! When my husband was checking online for other bookings we saw that there was an availability for booking that night online. When he went back to the reception they were confused and then the “manager” came and told us he will “help us out” and book us a big room for a lower cost. We were so confused how suddenly they had availability after they insisted there were absolutely NO rooms available. Not only that when we arrived to our room we waited for our bags and they never came. My husband went down to the lobby found them there waiting and just took them himself no one even asked him who he was or anything! The last straw was that the room had a bathroom and a washroom both of which didn’t have hand soap! Be careful when booking online especially if you are coming in late. And better yet choose another hotel.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my 37years of life, the room when received was stinking, upon complaining they had send a bengali guy who knocked the door once and opend the door with his key card, where as the room was occupied by a family. The rooms are too small, the bathroom has a leakage and the bathroom stinks on intervals, seems like an issue with their severage piping.

Had a wonderful stay at Ibis as always. Reservation team is excellent and thanks to Fred Garces for his impeccable assistance all the time. The facilities are great and the room rate of course is unbeatable. Looking forward to my next stay and visit in Jeddah.

I had breakfast at the restaurant today with a friend. The service crew at the restaurant deserves to be commended. I forgot my sunglass and had to go back there. After inquiring with a few individuals, they told me to check with the cashier, and there they safekept it until it could be claimed by the rightful owner, following my description of it.

Rooms are quite spacious, some rooms like studios which have a kitchen and a large Bathroom. The service is not to your expectations, neither the food. The location is good as it is in the city center and you can easily go anywhere.
