This is ONE of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed the services and the staff are so nice and the rooms so nice and clean all the time I recommend everyone to experience that too

I am rating this hotel 5 stars because I really enjoyed my trip here. Hotel staff i.e. cleaning, dining, reception is very generous, supportive and collaborative. I found some guyz that are doing their best Mr najeeb, Muhammad Asif, Azhar and Sohag.

This is a nice place for stay & Enjoy. Rooms are comfortable with great value. This hotel in middle of Jeddah city. There restaurant have 3 times open buffet. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can enjoy with love, value for money. Room service available for you, you can order food from your room. Service good, staff are very friendly manner. It will be a good choice.

Unfortunately we had a horrible experience here. We booked a room and specified the check in time at 10:30 PM due to some travel issues we were two hours late and arrived at 12:30. Once we arrived The staff told us that our room reservation has been canceled and that they cancel the reservation after midnight not only that but they were fully booked an already gave our reservation to someone else. We tried to get them to give us any room Available even if it was a higher rate but they said that they are full booked. We were stranded at 1 am with no hotel! When my husband was checking online for other bookings we saw that there was an availability for booking that night online. When he went back to the reception they were confused and then the “manager” came and told us he will “help us out” and book us a big room for a lower cost. We were so confused how suddenly they had availability after they insisted there were absolutely NO rooms available. Not only that when we arrived to our room we waited for our bags and they never came. My husband went down to the lobby found them there waiting and just took them himself no one even asked him who he was or anything! The last straw was that the room had a bathroom and a washroom both of which didn’t have hand soap! Be careful when booking online especially if you are coming in late. And better yet choose another hotel.
