This is our first visit to Hyatt Place Hotel in Al Sulaymaniyah. We stayed in the hotel and conducted an event in the hotel. The hotel ambience is excellent. The rooms are nice and very clean. Meetings rooms are very well equipped and well maintained. All the staff are very friendly and supportive. Especially, Mr. Hameed, Mr. Sami, Mr. Nahid and Mr. Waqas supported very well in our event arrangements. Allin and Roell are very friendly. We really appreciate the hospitality of the team. Thank you. See you again.

This is My first visit in hyyat hotel in sulimanya.the All staff are very friendly, very cool, And very accommodating. I really appreciated that kind of hospitality
Specially, Allin , Roeell and the one guy the name is jone. .
All food are very delicious.
Good atmosphere otherwise are very quiet place.
I plan to come back again by not food but it's All about experience the all staff.

It was a pleasant experienced. Rooms smells nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent with a calm ambiance. Staffs are accommodating especially Allen,Rowel,and Eduard.

Very charming. This is my 3rd stay at the hotel.
Staff are super attentive
Faisal at front desk was really helpful and looked after our requests while staying. He made sure every thing was great during our short stay. Bashaier also was great helping us during our stay.

Very neat Hotel. Modern. Very clean. All Staff have a big smile. Fadia at the reception is professional and helpful (her colleague at check-in as well, forgot her name). Sultan at the restaurant is very courteous and makes the best bakery items. His croissant are delicious and he brought me a yummy mankoushe as well. Nothing bad to say about the Hotel except that there is construction nearby which started a bit early (7am) but that wasn't a big problem for me as I had to start my day early on anyway (and the windows are quite thick actually so it reduces the noise considerably). The room is very smartly furnished and everything is eco friendly in terms of amenities. Location is very central. Thank you Hyatt Place Riyadh.
