This used to be my go-to hotel, recently staff are horrible and useless with simple things like laundry service. Nothing comes on time and I've missed meetings waiting on their horrible service and no one not even a site manager to help resolve things.
International call centers won't help, it's become a free for all on customer service and is run more like a street gang then an international hotel chain.

My company held a great workshop in this fabulous hotel’s venue, I highly recommend to deal with them specially with Mr. Mohammed Hameed was very cooperative & supportive before & during the workshop. Also, special thanks to the manager Mr. Sami

This is our first visit to Hyatt Place Hotel in Al Sulaymaniyah. We stayed in the hotel and conducted an event in the hotel. The hotel ambience is excellent. The rooms are nice and very clean. Meetings rooms are very well equipped and well maintained. All the staff are very friendly and supportive. Especially, Mr. Hameed, Mr. Sami, Mr. Nahid and Mr. Waqas supported very well in our event arrangements. Allin and Roell are very friendly. We really appreciate the hospitality of the team. Thank you. See you again.

This is My first visit in hyyat hotel in sulimanya.the All staff are very friendly, very cool, And very accommodating. I really appreciated that kind of hospitality
Specially, Allin , Roeell and the one guy the name is jone. .
All food are very delicious.
Good atmosphere otherwise are very quiet place.
I plan to come back again by not food but it's All about experience the all staff.

It was a pleasant experienced. Rooms smells nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent with a calm ambiance. Staffs are accommodating especially Allen,Rowel,and Eduard.
