I recently stayed at this hotel, and while it offers impressive amenities and facilities, there are a couple of areas that need attention for a better guest experience. On the positive side, the hotel boasts excellent amenities and a wide range of facilities, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay overall. However, a notable concern is the lack of a zebra crossing for crossing the road between the two hotel buildings. This could pose a safety issue, especially for families and those with mobility challenges. Addressing this matter by providing a safe crossing point would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, I observed that some of the Saudi staff members appeared less attentive and hospitable compared to the overall standard. A consistent and friendly approach from all staff members would contribute to a more welcoming atmosphere. In summary, the hotel's amenities are impressive, but attention is needed to improve road safety and ensure a uniformly positive staff attitude

Typically, Holiday Inn older stock. Room are large, food is all ok, gym is big, it is clean and tidy. Pool is a bit weird (only 30cms deep for one large section, so using it to swim laps is not workable - have to do widths) It is definitely dated, and older style, with maintenance keeping it at an acceptable standard. Service - staff are casual, seemingly happy to chat while you wait (front desk and restaurant staff). All very non-international brand experience. A few examples, 3-4 times waiting at the front desk, and they allow people to just interrupt and respond to the other person's request, while serving you. On another occasion, I tried to drop laundry bag at the front desk and was told to go back to room and hang it up on the door. All small things, that in themselves, are nothing to comment on, but taken together, there is a clear pattern. The room are big and clean. But be careful with the location...the outer rooms back onto the main road, and the noise is high all night. Coupled with the very good but audible air conditioning....the room level noise is high (I measured the room noise is 40-50dB consistently, with air conditioning on low) Better hotels are available, but if you wedded to IHG, make sure you get the right room, and plan for a rush type interaction. I am gonna personally steer clear of in the future, and reorganize my stays for the rest of the year.

Holiday Inn Izdihar is a very good chain of Hotel. It's services are excellent and has courteous staffs. It has masjid near by and also close to Khalid international airport. Highly recommended Hotel in Riyadh.

The rooms are very nice and the breakfast is good too. It's a very quiet hotel and there are no other facilities than rooms and a restaurant. If you know this in advance, you won't be disappointed.

Hotel is very nice in almost all aspects, especially staff members are very polite and professional (they go extra mile in serving guests, thanks to Fazil and other staff members for making the stay memorable). Service, rooms and facilities (like Swimming pool,etc.) are also very good. Food is great (especially the variety of food in breakfast). Location is slightly outside downtown on the way to Airport and is convenient for taxi usage (hopefully in future, if nearby public transport becomes operational it will be more handy).
