Astounding experience!! The staff was amazing & the rooms were really cosy and immaculate. Every aspect of our stay was beyond expectations. Beautiful, authentic and amazing customer service covers up it all for our stay ! Looking forward to it in near future again.

Location is far from eateries and convenience stores. Not convenient at all. Service is horrible even the reception trying to solve it. Rooms at the block behind the main hotel is not bad unfortunately poor in services.

At first, I thought this Holiday Inn would be just like the other one ones around the world, but this one exceeded my expectations. We were a group of 12 people on business trip and were all served with big smile and warm welcoming. Areej and Sarah made sure our check in to be as smooth as we expect, and also made sure to get us all inside our rooms hours before check in time. They were both accommodating even with check out hours, and both never hesitated to assist. Because of those two, this Holiday Inn will be my Jeddah favorite spot as well as the team. Much appreciated.

Areej has been a very excellent staff! Her hospitality and warmth smiles really shines our day! Others staffs like Tara and Rafi are very friendly too! Good job well done!!

Starting from great recipient and endless welcoming.The hotel and its facilities are super clean, breakfast has variety options and the food quality is excellent.
I highly recommend this hotel especially for business visits to Jeddah.
