Service is enough to have a good stay.
Room is clean but size bit little small.
Break fast is good.
Room service not helpful , i just asked for brown sugar but they not arrange it.
Houskeeping service can be better.
Reception staff are professional and helpful.

UPDATE: I left my room 2 days early. After asking for a refund in the 2 nights I did not stay they promised me I would receive it. It has been 2 weeks and I have not received it, everyone in my party has had the same problem. If you want to trust your money with a hotel this is not it, they will pocket it and never answer calls or questions.
The staff is friendly and they clean regularly, but the premium room is no better than the standard. The TVs are poor and the in-room dinning isn’t that great. I was told I would have amenities like heated floors and fruit baskets but haven’t seen it.
The Wi-Fi is expensive if you want the bigger package, and after I bought it it didn’t even work.

In this location of Alkhobar area I can say disappointing. My expectations were for the king premium room to be better than what I saw
A few basic touches are missing, pens, tissue boxes, draft notes, I couldn't find them there
At the price of this room, you may be able to take the same level for a longer period
An experience I may not repeat again

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Garden Inn Al Khober and was impressed with every aspect of my visit. However, one person stood out as exceptional, Saffana. From the moment I arrived, she was warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful.
Not only did she greet me with a smile and make me feel at home, but they were able to provide me with all of the information I needed to make my stay as enjoyable as possible.
I would definitely come again.

I recently stayed at the Hotel and unfortunately, my experience was not as good as I had hoped. While the room itself was comfortable and clean, I encountered some issues with the restaurant service and the staff at the reception.
The restaurant service was below average, with slow and inattentive service. Additionally, the food was not of the quality I expected, and I was disappointed with my dining experience.
Furthermore, the staff at the reception provided me with incorrect information, which led to some confusion and inconvenience during my stay.
Overall, I would give an average rating of 3 out of 5, due to the issues I experienced with the restaurant and reception staff. While the accommodations themselves were decent, the poor service detracted from my overall experience.
