The hospitality and welcoming of their receptionists during check-in/check-out with no exception defiantly lack a lot of professionalism that the hotel industry requires at the moment to keep up with the tourism advertisement offering and ensuring guests comfort during their stay. Not organized, late on reconoce, act of ignorance, unprofessionalism at the work place. Room was tainted, their mini market is way over priced, and I would recommend paying little extra getting a meal delivered from outside over ordering from the house kitchen

It was an amazing experience. the front desk agent are helpful, always smiling and so kind. Especially the one who helped me to check in another time after I had left the hotel and checked out, it was so hard to find a free room knowing that the hotel was fully booked but she tried her best and found a room for me, the cleaning crew also are sooo kind I thank them, all of them. The room so large clean and beautiful. The view was amazing also. About The location I find its the best hotel location you can find in Khobar, near to Dhahran Mall and Amwadj Mall.

As an experience for a special occasion. I would like to appreciate all gorgeus staff their specially Ms. Sarah and Mr. Mohammed for wounderful preparation, engagement, helpness and every thing. However, the celebration place is very nice and beautiful. The hotel is great.

Sorry in advance for the long review. Shuttle from airport not available upon arrival at airport. Offered an Uber? The absolutely tiny, small, shoebox sized room and bathroom was very disappointing. Could they have found smaller bottles of water? I doubt it. Had to walk around the suitcase because the hallway opening is so small. After an 18-hour flight, I just wanted a hot shower. But no...Pittiful and weak water pressure. Refused to refund $90R for breakfast that I didn't eat...counter said it was part of the reservation? They literally just added $90R on top of standard room price for breakfast. Young, tall man at front door cafe was very nice. He was surprised how disappointed I was with the stay. He tried to save face and brought me croissants from previous breakfast service. Seriously, it is the most disappointing hotel experience ever in Saudi. This comes from a veteran business traveler. Spend the extra 200R and stay at the Grand Hyatt around the corner. It's in another league from this Garden Hilton.

Extremely satisfied because the room was according to my taste, comfortable, all the necessary items were within the room, big window with beautiful view and adjustable room temperature device. Well equipped washroom, and everyday the room was clean and tidy bedsheets change everyday. I felt very happy while having stay in Hilton Garden.
