The customer service at the front desk, represented by "Azizah," left much to be desired. Their behavior was impolite, and the receptionist at the restaurant made me feel like I was lying. He had gone from the restaurant to the front desk simply to confirm that breakfast was included in my reservation, but there was no need for such scrutiny. Instead, I was made to wait for an extended period of time, and at worst, he can charge my room. Furthermore, the layout of the toilet was extremely inconvenient. It was positioned right next to the wall, forcing me to sit sideways in an uncomfortable manner. Additionally, the electrical outlets in the room were fixed for a specific type of plug, making it impossible for them to accommodate other plug types, particularly for international visitors. During the night, the air conditioning was not functioning optimally, leading to discomfort and a less than satisfactory sleep experience. Moreover, to my surprise, the elevator was out of order, and there was no sign indicating its status. Overall, my stay was far from pleasant. I sincerely hope that the hotel management takes measures to improve their service and shows more trust in their customers.
