Iftar buffet was amazing....Service excellency, yummy food, friendly staff. Great first and last impression. I would recommend all family and friends to try the lovely asian, arabic and intercontinental iftar buffet in a beautiful location of jubail, as it reflects the warm hospitality and great taste of food . Thumbs up.

One of the best hotels I have seen in Jubail is Boudl al Jubail. Earlier it was named Dana Hotel and Suites. This hotel service is very good, the staff are very caring towards their guests. The most charming is the restaurant of the hotel, where you can sit and enjoy the beauty. Restaurant service boys behave very well. And the quality of food was amazing

The ambiance of the Ramdan tent buffet was very pleasant and it was spacious enough to accommodate, specially Director MR. Mir Baz Khan is very humble and responsible person and all his team is warm welcoming. The food was all displayed beautifully in a very attractive manner and it was indeed a treat for our eyes. There were asian, Arabic, intercontinental food, fruits garde A quality, dessert and Arabic cuisine was awesome. For kids it was like food world. We arrived at 20 minutes before Maghreb time and decided to take some pictures first and buffet is Worthy to spent the money and time with friends and family.

First stay and never again, stayed for 3 nights, it’s crazy noisy. It’s founding day, and people are celebrating till late and you hear everything as if you’re with them. The walls are so thin. They don’t provide shaving kits in the toilet, and hair comb etc which is odd for hotels. They provide shampoo. Conditioner and body wash and tooth paste and brush though. I tried to call the receptionist during my stay more than 3 times, they only answer one day. Room service (the restaurant) is really bad, I had a burger and the bun was very cold! And for breakfast next day I had an omelette and it came without salt and black pepper and it was not salted. In front of the lifts it’s very wet because people come out the pool to their room and no one is cleaning that mess, like basic health and safety! House keeping knocked on my door today and tried to get in, thank god I had locked the room, I didn’t call them and I didn’t have “clean my room”sign hanging so that was off! They woke me up and it was random timing (4 pm). Parking is HORRIBLE. The spaces are very small. Only two handicapped spaces and they are far from where my suite is. And it’s hard to find parking anyway, the parking is not numbered as not each room/suite has their own parking spot. The microwave stinks too! The furniture is very old fashioned. - the curtains are inaccessible/not practical. There are very spacious balconies but no chairs outside. The only positive thing is the staff (receptionist I think his name is Anas, and the tall bellboy I can’t recall his name.)

Great rooms! A perfect place to stay with family & friends. Rooms are spacious with great ambiance & view. The balcony was perfecr for sightseeing. They also have a pool. However, amenities could be improve.
