It was a horrible experience! I came from Qatar for urgent work in Riyadh, I reached almost 3 a.m. , and I needed to use the Internet and have a place to sleep, but unfortunately, the Internet wasn't working properly and I spent 2hrs watching them fixing the modem, then I slept few hrs,however when I wake up I found the same problem! I paid for a place to sleep and use the Internet, but I didn't get any of that. And they just took the money for nothing!
It was the worst experience!

The staff in this hotel made me feel so welcome everyone is happy to help an friendly. Thank you so much to everyone who made my stay. Highly recommend for a single female traveller. Stunning views of Riyadh the food in the hotel is also very nice ❤ thanks again HBD sahafa an all the staff

No TV Channels in rooms.
No shower curtains or shower tub, water spills all over washroom.
Wardrobe doors are difficult to slide.
Cleaning is good, staff is helpful and breakfast is also quite good with proper options.

Room very small. We were informed it has a city view but in reality you cannot see anything. Staff from reception were not picking up the phone after 10PM. They did not inform us that literally 10 meters away there is a construction site that will start working with the heavy drilling machine at 6AM in the morning. The restaurant is also mediocre.
