Just visited my friend so I decided to have my first massage ever. Truly amazing, service was perfect and it changed me forever. I highly recommend, everyone was extremely kind and professional. Mumtaz!

Hotel location made the trip to Riyadh convenient, close to major highways and nice stores.
Service was excellent from staff, and special thanks to Badriyah for making sure we were accommodated at all times.
Rooms were clean with a quiet atmosphere.

I liked the hotel, especially the cleanliness of the room.
The staff were welcoming , professional and friendly, I had the pleasure to deal with Ms. Taif at the reception, she was so helpful and friendly.

This hotel is overpriced, even compared to hotels in London. The hotel’s WIFI system is absolutely unacceptable. The WIFI system has different password for each floor, and thus I wasn’t even able to connect at ground floor. What’s even worse, the WIFI is slow and highly unstable. My device got disconnected about every 20 min. The hotel has to better with its technology. One more thing, the hotel claimed that breakfasts would be served from 6. But breakfast wasn’t ready until 20 past 6. I had to catch a flight and breakfast time was extremely tight.

Worst stay ever! My room was given away upon arrival and I was forced to sleep with my college in the room. No compensation was offered. Breakfast was maybe 2-Star worthy, maybe less. Staff was not helpful and my college got many items stolen from her room plus food consumed and found empty. Room was OK, but chewing gum in the carpet and they use too much perfume to cover bad smell, which is very unhealthy. Overall - bad experience. Hope no tourist ever comes here. Gives very bad picture about KSA...
