This hotel is amazing the location is good the cleanness of the hotel rooms and the amenities is extraordinary delicate dedication and is just directly in front of king Fahhad Street parking is available and free the rooms are breathtaking the views are amazing and the service is perfect the staff are very polite and the housekeeping staff are very hard-working
The bathroom is above clean is disinfected and organized and better than perfect also the prices are good it’s a new Hotel and the staff are doing their best to get better views I have only one observation regarding the pillows they have four sets of pillows all of them are thick and high North and pillows or soft this is the only thing otherwise I would recommend it and it would go again

Over all its great place but still missing some services like room service you have to call them your self for cleaning even if you but the light sign
Facilities not yet ready
As per reception it would take another one month for full operation
I stayed here twice during my last 2 trips to Riyadh this month and I think I will be loyal to this hotel hopping to keep their service as good as its now

Good morning, we have reservation nr.14903344642 from 03/27/24 to 04/02/24 in the name Casadei Cristian. A double room has been booked for my fiancée and me, we are not married and it seems that as per your instructions, we are not allowed to stay in the room together. Is the reservation still accepted? In this case I would like a confirmation email so as not to have problems upon arrival.
Otherwise we ask to be able to cancel your reservation to look for a hotel that can accommodate us given that everything has already been paid for including flight and visa and given the imminent departure it is urgent that you notify us via email.
