Form where should I start. - receptionist are very rude to customers and not willing to help. - Housekeeping is on request!!!!!!! Cannot explain this. - No coffee machine nor black coffee in the restaurant for breakfast. - Shower water will splash out because the glass of shower area is useless. - Mobile signal is almost non, in addition to that Wi-Fi signal is very week inside the rooms. At the end this is the last visit to this hotel.

Great value, location, and the staff is really nice. My go to when in Riyadh. Only issue is that cell coverage is choppy and the wifi isnt very reliable; but not a major headache. Still highly recommend.

I staid there for two night it was incredibly amazing. The veiw was the right thing to care about in such a hotel here in Riyadh, and especially where you could get more than a veiw in one room. Most of the popular and known hotels their views are only a one good enough window but in this place you will enjoy your time watching your great and turn your face left to continue watching the veiw. Also, Very clean! Pros: Great veiw, clean, nice small fridge, good AC conditioning. I would describe the cons as below: 1- our phone in the room was broken so we have faced a very bad moment that we really need to call the reception but we end up finding the hotel’s phone number in google map to call them through our own mobile. 2- The sounds privacy is not that good as you could hear the people inside their room while you are walking. Also you could feel that you are not comfortable talking knowing that there are people might hear you too. 3- The trash in the bathroom was a very bad quality when it drops every time you try to open it. 4- The bed pillows were very very bad and they were like a balloons? not a pillow. My neck even was hurting in first couple of minutes i put my head on. Anyway, that damn veiw forced me to give this hotel a 4 stars. It deserved it but i will get my own pillows next time. ?

This hotel is amazing the location is good the cleanness of the hotel rooms and the amenities is extraordinary delicate dedication and is just directly in front of king Fahhad Street parking is available and free the rooms are breathtaking the views are amazing and the service is perfect the staff are very polite and the housekeeping staff are very hard-working The bathroom is above clean is disinfected and organized and better than perfect also the prices are good it’s a new Hotel and the staff are doing their best to get better views I have only one observation regarding the pillows they have four sets of pillows all of them are thick and high North and pillows or soft this is the only thing otherwise I would recommend it and it would go again
