Stayed here for about a week with a friend. Mr Alphonse the concierge made us feel welcome and was very helpful through out our stay. Very friendly staff generally. Good food in the breakfast buffet. The only reason why I haven't given a 5 star is because one of the receptionists (can't recall her name unfortunately) behaved rudely and didn't make us feel welcome on reaching the hotel after a long flight. She made us feel like we were staying at the hotel for free and didn't pay for our rooms. Also, the restaurants in the hotel are on apps like Eazydiner, but the restaurants refused to accept any bookings and discounts via Eazydiner. The reception may try to use tactics and be smart when it comes to giving you your room, please ensure you're well prepared for this alone.
