Friendly Staff like Geraldine and Lea were really good to us. Would recommend my friends for sure. Should have football channel in place and wifi needs to be improved.

Room: my room was very nice ? I wake up every morning to a beautiful view. The price was AWESOME!
Service : the service was great. I met this lovely worker (Isha Kamara) she made me feel at home with her kind heart, and GOOD customer service.
Location: good location. Close to must of the Attractions. Also not far from the DXB airport.

Beautiful hotel stay totally compromised by the Saturday night party down in the club; Indian male patrons wolf whistling and howling as if it is a sporting event; man just hang out, be cool and party! If you hope for sleep before 3am on this day then don't stay, I'm ten floors up and noise is still intolerable and the hotel priorities unfortunately with those attending the club and not their actual guests.

This is the worst hotel. I have been to in my entire life.
zero customer service. All the services are rude, and do not respect the visitors who pay money to be here.
Plus they don’t respond when I called them for anything to clean or bring water or anything at all . And when I asked them to clean the other room, they didn’t even clean it right only the bed. What should I do with that only?
But most of it is how rude the huck those employees are. Especially the girl reception in the night.
‼️I really do not recommend anyone to book in this place at all‼️
