interesting experience with Dead Sea & mud. Good idea & service provided for watering eyes by staff nearby. Gigantic hotel with huge pools & walking distance to dead sea water.

Worried after reading some bad reviews but proven unfounded. Place is quiet.. No tourists due to the ongoing war nearby. Nice resort with own beach which is a walkable distance away. However there's a metal ladder in the sea near it's beach which has accumulated a lot of salt crystals. It abraded my husband's leg. They should have it removed

We only used the resort to go to the beach. I cannot speak about the rooms.
The hotel looked very nice, and the beach was comfortable and clean too. I don’t give it 4 stars because the installations to get changed were quite poor (they didn’t have hot water nor soap). I understand you would go to your room for that, but I was expecting something a bit better for a resort that also offers daily entry just to go to the beach. We had access to the buffet which was also nice

The place is beautiful and filled with pools of varying sizes. Rooms are cozy a spacious.
Highlight of course is the dead sea experience where you get to experience floating without any effort.
Service is exceptional specially Ala'a who took care of us well constantly asking us how we were and if the food was good and if we needed anything. :)

Good location, great view, great service, good food
Room wasn't up to expectations, not comfortable mattress, loud AC voice, we had to call for maintenance twice, bathroom lowers the room standards,
As for reception staff Rawan is such a helpful and amazing, very cooperative and easy to talk to as she makes things really smooth,
There is a guy on reception has some gray hair, he has an attitude, uncooperative and non-friendly i actually feel irritated when i see him on desk.
All in all it was good stay, would do again but please improve bathrooms.
