A perfect score for this great hotel is reasonable, I myself had a perfect experience how helpful are the staff here specially the front desk.

Its a nice hotel, lobby smells nice , staff is very friendly, many services available but at high cost.
There is parking available as well but rooms carpets are not clean and also tables inside rooms were not clean.
You have to call room service to get tissues and soaps etc.

Location was best, breakfast must improve with more options.
Room was clean and big enough for a family of 4.
Receptionist Ms. Amreen was very nice and kind, she was very helpful and assisted customers quickly, very fast at service and perfect to handle guest quickly.
We would like to comeback to this hotel again.
