The room was clean, but the bathroom smelled terrible as if the ventilation wasn’t working. Great room service.
Weirdly after I checked out, I sat in the lobby waiting for my ride to come and opened a delivery bag that just came with my matcha and fruit salad, and an employee ambushed me out of nowhere ? with rules and regulations. “Food is not allowed here, sir!” I said ok, this is just a drink, and I just checked out of my room; then, “Well, if you checked out, your not supposed to be sitting here!” I was like ok, sure thing.
Either way, I didn’t debate the rules or explain the expectations of hospitality. People meet in the lobby and drink or eat snacks, especially if they are your guests you should be more flexible to keep a positive vibe✌️

Excellent service from Ms. Dreams (I hope I got her name correctly). She’s a very accommodating, professional, and helpful person. Golden Tulip is very lucky to have her in their Team.
Location is very strategic. It’s also very near to Starbucks, Lulu, and Canes (all walking distance). And the beautiful Corniche is just a stone throw away.
Room is big and spacious.

This hotel is unbelievable!
Reception is not helpful. The knob of my room doesn’t luck the bathroom. Bad smell in the bathroom. General cleanliness is not that good.
I would never repeat this experience.

This hotel very good. But unfortunately the cleanliness at general toilet need to be improvement for the standar hygiene. But all good for warmest staf receptiont.thats all thankyou

Golden Tulip hotel Al-Khobar is in a great location close to amenities. Stayed there several times & find the rooms spacious and well appointed. Food at the buffet breakfast & dinner is quite good. Would recommend.
