Only one of the receptionist understand English and on top he has a shift late night, lift is very old but works and every time you go to Haram or come back you have to put up with Driver gibberish.

Nice hotel, cleaning condition is good but a little bit far from masjid e Nabwi for walk. Don't expect too much from this hotel.
